ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to consider the representation dated 17.9.2021 and 16.12.2021 given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the petitioner herein to rejoin the land situated in survey No. 195 -3E back to Survey No. 195 / 3D1A and alter the revenue records.

Heard Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.9.2021 and 16.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
