This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 10.04.2023 in Crl.OP.No.7462 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Mahila Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, appear during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
