Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High court and upon hearing the argument of Mr.A.E.Kalaiselvan, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, Additional Public Prrosecutor on behalf of the Respondents this court made the following order: When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw this Criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
