[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is seen that the office note in this case was made ready based on the letter dated 05.02.2016 that was sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, alleging that the alleged contemnor protested in his Court on 22.12.2015.

2. The Registry placed the matter before the Honourable Chief Justice for appropriate orders in May'2017. The then Honourable Chief Justice, by order dated 11.05.2017, directed the matter to be posted before the Division Bench as per the roster for initiation of contempt proceedings, "if deemed fit". It has now been placed before us in the year 2022 for initiation of contempt proceedings.

3. We carefully perused the letter dated 05.02.2016 of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam and also the matrimonial proceedings, in which, Bagyalakshmi is a party. It appears to us that out of sheer 2/4

frustration, the litigant has behaved so. Much water has flown under the bridge by now. We are not inclined to take cognizance. Accordingly, this Suo Motu Crl.Contempt Petition is closed. [PNP, J.] [TKR, J.] 20.10.2022 Index: Yes/No gm 3/4
