Prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to Letter Nos.2292/A1/2016 dated 09.12.2016 and Letter Nos.2292/A1/2016 dated 28.2.2017 (received on 28.3.2017) issued by the third respondent and quash the same.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty to 2/4

challenge or approach this Court to redress the grievance of the petitioner, in case, if any such situation arises as offshoot of the impugned orders in this writ petition.
