The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the Principal District Judge at Coimbatore to expedite the proceedings in D.O.P.No.2 of 2020. 1/4

2. The petitioner has filed DOP.No.2 of 2020, for resolution of marriage against the respondent / Husband before the learned District Judge, Coimbatore. Counter was also filed much earlier in the year 2021. But the case is adjourned for evidence for more than 2 years now. In fact the petitioner's child was forcibly taken to the custody of the respondent. Hence, she prays for speedy a disposal.

3. The reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
