This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 569 days in filing the criminal revision as against order dated 05.10.2023 passed in Crl.A.No.40 of 2023 on the file of learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Court, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 569 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
