A.No.2813 of 2017 in T.O.S.No.34 of 1997 and A.No.2814 of 2017 in T.O.S.No.3 of 1998 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff in T.O.S. No.3 of 1998 submitted that the 2nd defendant, he is the 2nd plaintiff in T.O.S.No.34 of 1997. 2.Both counsel were made a joint statement that some confusion has arisen in both the plaints in both the suits following an earlier amendment taken pursuant to some earlier orders of impleadment. 3.The papers are directed to be posted before the S.A.R. before whom both counsel are required to appear, correct and complete the errors earlier crept in and then to take necessary application in the respective suits for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased 2nd plaintiff in T.O.S.No.34 of 1997 = 2nd defendant in T.O.S.No.3 of 1998.

4.Both the counsel are required to set right the records vis-a-vis the error said to have crept in the plaint referred to above before the S.A.R latest by 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

In terms of the corrections to be carried out by both sides as directed herein above, both sides are required to file an amended copy of the plaint consistent with the corrections to be made. This has to be completed at the earliest to enable the Registry to process the application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased party well in advance. 5.Post the matter on 08.02.2023.
