The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order of the first respondent dated 23.09.2016 and carry out the amendments in the revenue records based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2016.

2. After notice, the matter is taken up today for further hearing.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the 4th, 5th, 7th and 8th respondents submitted that the order of the first respondent dated 23.09.2016 sought to be implemented by the petitioner has already been set aside by the District Revenue Officer, by its order dated 28.03.2017 and now, the matter is pending before the DRO by way of review.

4. Needless to say that when such being the position, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy before the first respondent where the matter is pending.
