2. On 05.04.2023, this Court directed the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai to reopen the ID.No.8 of 2007 and to dispose the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The learned Judge, III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, vide letter dated 21.07.2023, has requested further period of six months to dispose of the appeal.

4. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of six months, finally, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
