This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 257 days in filing the application to restore the Writ Petition in W.P.No.44211 of 2002, which was dismissed for default and for non-prosecution on 22.10.2018.

2. Heard Mr.L.Dhamodharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Rabu Manohar, learned counsel appearing for 1st respondent and Mr.I.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for 2nd respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned, and the Writ Petition is restored on file.

4. Post the matter on 17.10.2019 along with W.P. No.11223/1997 batch.
