This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the representation made by the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3. 3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent in person along with all the relevant documents and the 3rd respondent shall act upon the same and conduct an enquiry and take a final decision, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
