This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent Police to issue Non-traceable Certificate by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.08.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner can be directed to give a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents and that the same will be considered in line with the circular issued by the Director General of Police.
3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents to the third respondent Police and the third respondent shall consider the same in line with the circular Memorandum, dated 01.04.2022 issued by the Director General of Police within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation / complaint.
