Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records in the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent dated 20/11/2017 in ROC.No.12522/2017/K3 and quash the same and consequently issue a direction directing the respondents to retain the petitioner in the same Tirupathur Municipality.
