ORDER
The matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that by order dated 06.02.2025, this Court had granted Letters of Administration in favour of all the petitioners with a direction to execute the Security Bond as indicated in the order. However, after the orders are passed, the second
petitioner had died on 06.05.2025 and the same is evidenced from the Death Certificate issued by the authorities in Western Australia, which is enclosed in the application, seeking extension of time. However, the same had not been immediately brought to the notice of this Court and therefore, extension of time is granted and now only the first petitioner, who is the applicant in this application alone should be directed to execute the Security Bond as ordered by the orders of this Court dated 06.08.2025.
3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. In view of the death of the second petitioner as evidenced from the Death Certificate filed along with the application, time is extended to the first petitioner alone to execute the Security Bond as per the orders of this Court dated 06.08.2025 in A.No.3769 of 2025 in O.P.No.383 of 2023. 28-08-2025 kak To
