ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR No.965 of 2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent with respect to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that when FIR was registered the petitioner was arrayed as A14 and totally there were 21 accused whereas when final report was filed, the petitioner's name was deleted from the total 21 accused.
