Heard Mr. ARL Sundaresan, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant in the civil miscellaneous petition, and Mr.Prahalad K.Bhat, learned counsel for the respondent.
2.The application has been filed to condone the delay in recalling the order passed in the revision.
3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application. Mr. Prahalad K. Bhat, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, without prejudice to the rights of the respondent, has no objection for the delay to be condoned.
