Ms.S.Pavithra, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the payments relating to difference of Gratuity, EL Surrender as per 12th wage settlement along with interest by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that claiming difference amount based upon 12(3) wage settlement, the petitioner has sent representation on 04.04.2025 and such representation is pending with the respondents. 4.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
