These petitions are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents 1 to 3 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent in the above revision.

2. Heard Mr.J.Dinesh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4. I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and I am satisfied myself with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions.

5. In view of the above, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 19.02.2026.
