the impugned detention order made in vide Memo No.822/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated 09.08.2024 on the file of second respondent herein and quash the same is illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Thiru Mohanraj @ Paul Mohan, aged 21 years, S/o Ravikumar residing at No.33, Tiruvallur Main Street, Puzhal, Chennai 600 066 now at Central Prison, Puzhal before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
