This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1166 days in filing the appeal as against the judgment dated 17.03.2022 passed in Spl.SC No.47 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1166 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
