The petitioner is A3 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.03.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.132 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.
2. According to the de-facto complainant that the victim is sister's daughter and she was studying +1 at Arani Government Girls Higher Secondary School. While she was going to School, all the accused have made adverse comments against her and also took photographs in their cellphones and on one day, the first accused have pulled her hands. While so on 06.03.2016 at 7.15 p.m., all the accused had gone to the house of the de-facto complainant and misbehaved with the victim and also attacked the de-facto complainant and others.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the accused Nos. 1, 2 and 4 are juvenile and they have been arrested and released on bail by the Juvenile Justice Board. It is further submitted that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner and he is ready to cooperate for investigation. K. KALYANA S U NDARAM, J.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that it is a case of eve teasing and on 06.03.2016 the petitioner along with other accused had gone to the house of the de-facto complainant and misbehaved with the victim, who is studying +1. It is further submitted that due to the attack by the accused, the mother of the de-facto complainant also died.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arni, and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Trichy and report before Cantonment Police Station, daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders. 2 7. 0 4. 2 0 1 6 v s g Crl.O.P.No. 8 0 4 5 of 2 0 1 6
