This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19227 of 2025, dated 07.07.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner was granted bail for an offence under Section 194 of BNSS @ Section 103(1) of BNS in connection with Crime No.303 of 2025. The petitioner, though initially complied with the condition of reporting before the respondent police on a daily basis, had stopped reporting from 05.08.2025.
