ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police viz., The Inspector of Police, B2 Shevvapet Police Station, Salem - 2 to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent dated 16.09.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint to the Anti Land Grabbing Cell, for the similar facts, which is pending enquiry. In the meanwhile, she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sent another copy of the above complaint to the second respondent police, since it pertains to the fence property. The similar is being now enquired with the Land Grabbing Cell.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the enquiry would be completed within a period of four weeks and the same would be intimated to the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
