ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2017 against the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.

The petitioners seeks direction to the respondents to take action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2017. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer cannot be considered now.
