The Present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to extend the time to pay the sum of Rs.2,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Dharmapuri, a condition imposed in C.R.P. No.1128 of 2020 vide orders dated 14.09.2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition, one week time is granted to the petitioner from today to comply with the condition imposed in C.R.P. No.1128 of 2020 on 14.09.2022, failing which, the Civil Revision petition stands dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
