Application No.2814 of 2017 in TOS No.3 of 1998 is filed to implead the proposed respondents 9 to 12 as the legal representatives of the deceased second defendant, T.R.Kannaippa Naidu in the suit.

In a similar application, filed in TOS.No.34 of 1997 to implead the legal representatives of T.R.Kannaippa Naidu, this Court passed an order, allowing the application. Therefore, this application is also allowed. The plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps to amend the plaint in two weeks and file an amended plaint by 30.09.2022.
