Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarifed mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceeding in Na. Ka. No.1134/Ma. E. No.1/2016 dt 2.11.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to continue the petitioner's service as the Medical Officer and Administrative Officer (incharge) of the Government Rehabilitation Home, Vinnapalli, Erode District in pursuant to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na. Ka. 384/Ma. ENr0.2/2012 dt 13.12.2012.
