The petitioners are A3 and A4 and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.153 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused and the son of the de-facto complainant, namely, Saravanan are relatives. Due to previous enmity, on 18.02.2016, all the accused attacked the said Saravanan with knife and caused injuries.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no previous case against the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.V, Allikulam, Chennai and on further condition that the petitioners shall stay at Kancheepuram and report before Kancheepuram Taluk Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. 1 2. 0 4. 2 0 1 6 v s g Crl.O.P.No. 8 0 5 2 of 2 0 1 6
