2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para 3, 8th line of the order dated 13.12.2023. The said para No.3, 8th line is to be replaced as follows: "3. ....... grandmother Arukani, but suppressing all those facts, the decree was...."

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above line in paragraph No.3 quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

4. In other respects, the order dated 13.12.2023 shall remain unaltered.
