ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2021 and pass appropriate order for cancelling the fraudulent sale deed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
vide Document numbers 11540 of 2007 dated 24.12.2007 and 1766 of 2008 dated 04.03.2008.

Heard Mr.S.Saravanakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.
The petitioner challenged the sale deeds executed in favour of the fourth and fifth respondents by Balammal and Vijilakshmi before the second respondent and it is pending by the complaint dated 01.09.2021. It is pending without even issuing notice to the counter parties.

Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, respondents 4 and 5 and the vendors of the respondents 4 and 5 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and conduct an enquiry, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
