The petitioner, who is A2 in Crime No.40 of 2010 has filed this quash petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the above Criminal Original Petition, the case in Crime No.40 of 2010, after investigation had culminated and taken on file in C.C.No.235 of 2017. Therefore, the petitioner had filed a petition in Crl.OP.No.2203 of 2019 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.235 of 2017. Based on the compromise entered between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, this Court by its order dated 29.01.2019, had quashed the proceedings in C.C.No.235 of 2017 as regard the petitioner/A2 alone. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
