ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2020 and 10.08.2021, thereby direct the respondents to transfer the patta No.2412 in survey No.125/1 to an extent of 42 cents, in survey No.125/2 to an extent of 35 3⁄4 cents, in survey No. 128/2 to an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extent of 21 cents, in survey No.130/1 to an extent of 42 cents, in survey No.111/3 to an extent of 44 1⁄2 cents and patta No.907 in survey No.109/6 to an extent of 47 cents situated at Kamalapuram Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard, Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2020 and 10.08.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
