[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the mother of the detenu, Dinesh Kumar @ Dinesh S/o.Kuppan, aged 23 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
orders of second respondent passed in Memo No.392/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 11.07.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner in Memo No.392/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 11.07.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3587, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 23.09.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
