The petitioner is A1 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.03.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under section 399 IPC, in Crime No.113 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely roped in this case. It is further submitted that the co-accused has already been granted bail by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No. 431 of 2016 dated 18.03.2016.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that totally there are seven accused and this petitioner is having two previous cases.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruvarur, and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before Trichy Cantonment Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m. And 5.00 p.m., until further orders. 1 1. 0 4. 2 0 1 6 v s g Crl.O.P.No. 8 0 5 9 of 2 0 1 6
