When this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 01.11.2021 passed in W.P. No. 23690 of 2021 has been complied with. In support of the same, he has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 07.12.2023 issued by the third respondent. 2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner and an endorsement has also been made to that effect.
