O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to register a case against the accused on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.06.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the first respondent on 23.06.2015 stating that the petitioner's company had executed power of attorney in favour of the accused for purchasing the property. Taking advantage of the same, the accused sold the property and misappropriated the sale proceeds. But the respondents had not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Resisting the same, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been received and on that basis, notice was issued for appearance of the complainant, but it was returned. However, he attended the enquiry on 06.07.2015. After enquiry, the complaint has been closed and the copy has also been furnished.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
