This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the orders passed in W.P.No.28792 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has placed before this Court the order of the respondent dated 14.09.2022 in compliance with the directions given by this Court on 01.11.2022 in W.P.No.28792 of 2022. This Court in the said order had directed the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 26.09.2022, on merits and in accordance with the law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. In accordance with the said order, a final order dated 14.09.2022 has been passed by the respondent which has been placed on record by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. Since the final order has been passed in compliance with the Court order dated 01.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.

28792 of 2022, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 14.09.2022, if aggrieved by the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 3.Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. 10.11.
