pri 2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that this Court vide order dated 25.03.2022 made in W.P.No.6906 of 2022 permitted the petitioner to file fresh representation to the respondent and directed the respondent to consider the said representation and to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to which, the respondent has passed order dated 26.09.2023.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
