This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 04.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.153 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court the proceedings of the respondent dated 09.08.2023 in compliance with the directions given by this Court on 04.01.2023 in W.P.No.153 of 2023, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition.
