Common Prayer: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, seeking to direct the Sub Court, Omalur to dispose of the said HMOP.No.70 of 2021 and DVC.No.1 of 2024 respectively, within time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. In both CRPs.:

2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also perused the materials placed on record.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner/wife submits that, initially the respondent/husband has filed a divorce petition in HMOP.No.105 of 2019 before the Family Court, Dharmapuri and the petitioner/wife has filed a Domestic Violence complaint as against the respondent in DVC.No.20 of 2019 before the Additional Mahila Court, Salem and subsequently, both the cases were transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Omalur, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.12.2019 and the above said cases were renumbered as HMOP.No.70 of 2021 and DVC.No.1 of 2024 respectively. Though the above said cases were filed as early as in the year 2019, till date, the said cases have not been disposed of and the same are pending for the past seven years. Hence, these revision petitions.
5. In the light of the above, this Court directs the Sub Court, Page No.2 of 4
Omalur to expedite the proceedings in HMOP.No.70 of 2021 and DVC.No.1 of 2024 respectively and dispose of the same finally, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the parties.
6. Accordingly, these Civil revision petitions stand disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
