CR NO.1275/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in the above Criminal Original petition No.22543/2021 to the petitioners vide order dated 26/11/2021 to surrender before the 5th Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.PRASANNA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 26.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.22543 of 2021 to execute sureties.
