PRAYER: The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the Statuary Revision filed under Section 153 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 by the petitioner on 13.05.2025 within a stipulated time.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the Statuary Revision filed under Section 153 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 by the petitioner on 13.05.2025 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a revision against the order of termination dated 07.03.2025 before the first respondent and the same is pending consideration.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that they would dispose of the revision petition within a reasonable time.

4. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the petition, this court directs the revisional authority/1st respondent to

dispose of the petitioner's revision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order according to its own merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
