ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for the speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.362 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the main suit itself has been dismissed for default on 12.08.2021. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
