This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the impugned order of the XVIII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai 600 001 made in Crl.M.P.No.950 of 2018 on 18.07.2019 in the pending Crl.Appeal No.25 of 2018 on its file and consequently allow the petition as prayed for.
2. I do not find any infirmity in the finding of the First Appellate Court while lodging an application under Section 391 of Cr.P.C. since ample opportunity to cross examine the witnesses has been provided and present attempt is only to fill up the lacunae.

3. The grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner also reflects that the question which the petitioner intends to raise is to overcome the lacunae created before the trial court.
