ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.209 of 2018 and file a final report before the concerned Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent police have already filed the charge sheet through e-filing in LTN No.202200042C202500124 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode, on 02.05.2025.

3. Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
