ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the third respondent to consider the representation 27.07.2024 submitted by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It seems that it is a private dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7 herein. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner, seeking the cancellation of the layout approval granted in favour of the respondents 5 & 6 cannot be considered, since the allegation is that a portion of the property, claimed 2/4

by the petitioner, has been included in the layout, which was laid out by the respondents 5 & 6.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief against the respondents 5 to 7 herein.
