This petition is filed to condone the delay of 186 days in preferring the above Criminal Appeal.
2. Heard the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. Though the 1st respondent has entered appearance through his counsel, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel when the matter was called.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 186 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
