This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the General Manager, Heavy Vehicles Factory, Unit of Armored Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL), Avadi, Chennai - 600 054, in the place of the petitioner in the cause title of O.S.A.No.222 of 2021.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Mr.K.V.Karthik Subramanian, who appeared for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction/amendment and post the matter "for withdrawal" on 23.03.2023.
