This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.No.15/2005 u/r.3[b] of TSP VI Battalion, Madurai dated 03.11.2015 passed by the second respondent as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to cancel the punishment awarded to the petitioner.

2. On 08.01.2024, as there is no representation for the petitioner, the writ petition is posted to 22.01.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 22.01.2024 also there is no representation for the petitioner. To give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the writ petition is posted to today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the writ petition. 2/4
